To login
Go to and log in with your username (your email address) and your password.
When you registered you received a confirmation email with your login details.

Lost your login details?
Go to and click on “forgot password”. Enter the e-mail address with which you registered. You will then receive an email via WordPress sender. This e-mail contains a link with which you can reset your password. (Note: WordPress is sometimes seen as spam, so check your spam box / advertising folder). 

Can’t log in?
Do you have your login details, but are still unable to log in? Then it may be that the browser with which you are trying to log in remembers an old setting. Often the problem is solved when you empty / clear the “cache” (memory) of your browser. You do this at Settings. It differs per browser, but look for “cache / cookies / clear memory”.

After logging in
After logging in you “land” on an overview page (the dashboard). There you can choose which online program you want to go to. Each program has a “home page”. On this page you will be welcomed, you can read an explanation of how the program works and from here you access all lessons of the program. You can do this via the menu bar at the top, or by clicking on the arrows at the bottom of the page. Do you want to go all the way back to the beginning? Then click on Dashboard and you will always return to the beginning; the overview page.

“You don’t have access yet”
Were you directed to a page where you see this message? Then this may be a page or program you don’t have access to yet, or perhaps you aren’t logged in yet. In that case, always check whether you are properly logged in. If you’re not sure click on “Log out” in the menu bar. And then log in again.

Log out
To make sure you don’t have problems logging in next time, I recommend logging out after every session. You do this by clicking “log out” at the top of the menu bar.

Important extra tip
If you run into technical problems, check if you can access the program from a different device or in a different browser. If you’ve tried logging it from your smartphone and it doesn’t work try it again from a tablet, ipad or laptop.

To follow the online programs
You need a laptop, tablet or smartphone.
Make sure the device you are using is updated and has the latest versions of apps and programs.

Internet connection
You must have access to internet or wifi to log in.

You will be offered workbooks during the courses. In some of those you can type notes in the workbook. But beware: you must first download and save the workbook, then find the document on your device and reopen it from there. Now you can type your notes into it and if you save them now your notes will be saved.
The workbook is always a PDF file. To be able to open this, you must have the Adobe Reader program installed on the device you want to open it with. If you don’t have this program, you can download and install it for free here:
